For us, being part of this community is about more than just building projects—it’s about long-term partnerships. That’s why events like the Festival of Outback Skies are so important. They provide a space for us to connect with the people who know this region best, to listen, and to learn.

Daryll Johnson, Executive Director Development, and Toni Ward, Director Land, attended the festival on behalf of Windlab, engaging with community members and sharing our vision for renewable energy in the region. We especially enjoyed meeting and speaking with local community members at the Dinner Under the Stars event on Saturday night, where Daryll addressed the audience and provided the latest updates on our North Queensland Super Hub (NQSH) projects. It was a fantastic evening under the open sky, filled with great conversations, local hospitality, and a shared vision for the future of renewable energy in the region.
